How do I get my files after buying?
Right after payment you get an email with the download links. The files also stay in My account → Downloads, so you can download them again later.
What scale are the miniatures?
All our characters are 40mm crisis scale, on 35mm, 50mm or 65mm bases depending on the size of the character.
Are the files pre-supported?
Yes. Every miniature comes pre-supported and tested for resin printers (SLA/MSLA). We recommend a layer height of 0.03 to 0.05 mm.
Can I print them on an FDM printer?
You can try, but the level of detail is made for resin. Results on FDM vary a lot.
Store or Patreon, which is better?
If you want a few specific characters, buy them here. If you want every new lineup, the Patreon membership is cheaper: you get 12+ minis a month for less than the price of two.
I am a Patreon member. Do I get a discount here?
Yes. Members get a coupon for this store: 40% (Hero), 50% (Superhero) or 30% (Merchant). Find it in the Patreon posts and use it at checkout.
Can I sell prints of your miniatures?
Only with the Merchant Tier on Patreon. See the License & Terms of Use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Stripe), PayPal and Pix (Mercado Pago, for Brazil).
How do I get my painting in the gallery?
Create a free account, go to My account → My paintings and upload a photo. It appears in the Community Gallery after a quick review.
