Refund Policy

How refunds work for digital files.

Our products are digital files delivered instantly after payment, so purchases are final once the files have been downloaded.

When we refund or fix

  • The file is broken, incomplete or does not match the product page, and we cannot send a working version within 7 days.
  • You were charged twice for the same product.
  • You bought by mistake and have not downloaded the files yet (ask within 14 days).

How to ask

Message us on Discord or Instagram with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal or Pix).
